it's worth it

sometimes you think about doing something and you decide it's not worth it. but here are some things that I've discovered are worth doing:

taking random pictures with your loved ones is worth it.
they are precious, time is ticking, so seal the moment with a picture.

see! totally worth it.

getting matching jewelry with your sister is worth it because
I wear these everyday and think about her every time I look at them.

painting your nails is worth it. it's a stress reliever and a fun form of expression.

paying money to see great speakers is worth it. I hesitated to buy tickets to see
Cornel West and Tavis Smiley because I don't have a lot of
money right now, but goddammit, it was  WORTH IT!
it is WORTH spending money on experiences.
